How your install goes
From the first call to the final check, you deal with the same person: us.
Free chat and site visit. We talk through your power bills and what you want from the system, then look at your roof, switchboard and meter.
A clear written quote. It lists the exact panels, inverter and battery, the price, and which circuits stay on in a blackout.
You say yes and we do the paperwork. That covers network approval, the rebate and STC forms, and booking a day that suits you.
Install day. We do the install ourselves, safely and tidily.
Switch on and handover. We commission and test everything, set up the monitoring app on your phone, and show you how it all works.
We follow up. Once you've lived with the system for a while, we check how it's going and fine-tune the settings if needed.
Battery safety
Every battery we install follows the Australian battery safety standard (AS/NZS 5139). We put it in a safe spot with good airflow, away from bedrooms and exits, mount it securely and label it clearly, so it runs quietly and safely for years.
