What we collect

When you contact us through our website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, by phone, text or email, we collect the details you give us. That is usually your name, phone number, email, suburb or address, and details about the job.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and follow up a quote, carry out and support work you book with us, and meet our legal obligations (for example, electrical compliance paperwork and rebate or STC claims you ask us to lodge).

Sharing

We don't sell your details. We only share them where needed to do your job, such as with equipment suppliers, our STC/rebate agent, your network provider or a government regulator, or where the law requires it.

Storage

Your details are kept securely and only for as long as we need them for the purposes above or as required by law.
